Turn away from these wigs

Run fast AWAY from this company. I ordered this wig thinking they would customize this wig for me since my head shape is the size of a child. While they did customize the wig cap, they turned the 13x4 wig cap into a 4x4 cap construction when I asked to add ear tabs. I have a ton of 13x4 wigs with ear tabs so I’m very confused on why I received a 4x4 wig when I ordered a 13x4. I absolutely cannot wear this wig. Since the wig is a 4x4, the wefts show through the wig and you see it on the temples. There is no disguising it unless I wear a hat. What is the point of that? I’m extremely disappointed and I wasted my coins on a wig I can’t wear. It’s extremely upsetting having alopecia knowing I HAVE to wear wigs when I cry myself to sleep every night wishing I had my own hair again. Other people that have alopecia love wearing wigs but I can’t stand it. Wigs are very itchy, they don’t ever fit my small head, I always have to customize them, the companies never do it right, the wigs don’t last. I could go on and on. Another company I’ve wasted money and time into.
